Overview

Campi Valerio is commited to crafting a selection of wines produced in bespoke hillside estate in Molise, central Italy which provide all the natural elements necessary to growing great grapes. Founded in 2004 its name represents the bond between a family and its territory. Despite the brand being relatively new, the vineyard itself has a long and rich history having been established by Prince Giovanni Pignatelli and his family, who resided in Monteroduni in the 17th century. Today it is a thriving winery whose sales abroad are in constant rise.

Distribution and Market Positioning

Currently we sell and distribute in most of Europe, America and Canada, with exports accounting for 60% of sales. The firm maintains active partnerships with all our distributors abroad in order to develop promotional activities in their markets.

Campi Valerio benefits from a solid customer base thanks to a wide ranging offer which satisfies a wide variety of consumer tastes. We target well informed customers that are in search of exclusive products.

Design end product development

Our product development department consists in a multi ethnic team that includes designers and product managers, that ensure the evolution of our products in terms of trends and constant renewal in our product range. Our wines express the excellence of Italian wines, made accessible globally. Campi Valerio has defined itself a cult winery in the Italian wine industry targeting a wide spectrum of customers. Our product quality is paramount; we only use premium raw materials, to ensure only the highest quality wines are produced.

Special projects

We are constantly evolving and therefore looking out for new projects and methodologies, our latest will be launched later this autumn, La Lana, our first wine to be vinified in terracotta amphorae. This will be an extremely limited release, that wil have unique and unadulterated characteristics and flavors.

Supply chain and operations

At Campi Valerio we source only our best grapes from our estates in Monteroduni, Pesche, Miranda and Macchia d’Isernia.
Our employees are dedicated to production and quality control and the supply chain that is managed through a network of international service providers, and nationally, from our winery based in Molise, central Italy. Yearly volumes are limited to 120.000 bottles. Products are then distributed to the network based on national and international customer requirements.

Quality

Campi Valerio considers quality an essential prerequisite. Our quality assurance department guarantees that the quality of our products complies with the highest standards in terms of in-house requirements and current legislation with regard to production, raw materials and procedures. We carry out a closed-cycle production, hand sourcing fruit from sustainably-farmed estate holdings that yield wines that showcase their distinctive regional characteristics. Our excellent wine critic ratings are a testimony to this.
